CLIENT CARE OFFICER
Part Time Role – Approx 15-20 hours over 3-4 days
Start Date: September 2024

The Client Care Officer’s Role
Our amazing Client Care Officers (CCOs) are the backbone of our practice. They provide practitioners with administrative and moral support, and are the welcoming faces our clients see upon arrival. They love working with people, providing loving support to both our clients and practitioners alike.
As one of our CCOs you will work within a highly supportive and communicative team, assisting in establishing and improving the systems and processes that allow our practice to run smoothly and continue to provide the very best care for our families.
With approx 15-20 hours per week, this opportunity may be offered as a casual or part-time position. Prior leadership or allied health experience is not necessarily required as this is a very well supported role with significant training provided.
As a CCO at Inborn Vitality, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing our reception area and client flow throughout the day
- Setting up care plans and scheduling appointments
- Receipting and taking payments
- Administration of paper and digital files
- Managing phone calls, messages and emails
- Ordering of products
- Client nurturing to ensure that our children and families have an incredible experience each time they visit or interact with the practice
- Assisting our team of chiropractors and being a highly valued, contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families. (This includes lots of rocking prams, cuddling babies, and engaging or playing with toddlers and children)
- Assisting with the creation of newsletters, health education and marketing materials including social media content
