Our mission at Inborn Vitality is simple: we want to help every member of your family live their best life! We offer customised chiropractic care plans catering to your specific needs and goals.
Most of our families are interested in creating holistic health and are looking for an alternative to the conventional medical approach that is focused on treating illness rather than on creating health.
With gentle and specific care for pregnant mums, newborns and children, we are passionate about providing the care, education and tools you need to help your family thrive.
Caring for the Community
Our founder, Dr Vanessa Barry (chiropractor), graduated with her Master of Chiropractic degree from Macquarie University in 2006. After working as an associate in other practices for a few years, she opened her own practice, first in her home office and later as part of another practitioner’s office.
In 2020, we moved to our current Mascot space, ideally located to serve our clients from Botany and people from the inner west, the eastern suburbs and the southwest.
Our practice is modern and welcoming, with a kids’ play area, essential oil diffusers and a team that is passionate about offering the best natural healthcare possible.
MEET THE TEAM
Putting Clients First With Customised Care
Every client has unique needs and goals, and we tailor care specifically for them – adjustments for newborns will look quite different to those for adults, for example. Our team has advanced training in paediatric and prenatal care, and they are very experienced with helping little ones overcome any fears they may have about chiropractic care.
Dr Vanessa is certified as an Advanced Paediatric Chiropractor (ACCP). She is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is a special adjusting method designed to restore balance to the pelvis and sacrum during pregnancy.
We understand that when an infant is unsettled and unable to eat or sleep properly, the whole family is affected – and when we help that baby through natural chiropractic care, the whole family benefits.
